# Troubleshooting Fotokite Live
## Fotokite Live is blocked by Windows Smart App Control
**Platform:**\
Windows 11
**Problem:**\
The Fotokite Live application may fail to start, and you may see an error message.
**Solution:**\
Disable Smart App Control:
1. Open the Windows Security app.
2. Go to App & browser control → Smart App Control settings.
3. Turn Smart App Control to Off.
